- The Lessee shall provide a proof of insurance including a 2 million dollars civil liability insurance at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the term.

- The Tenant agrees that smoking of any kind, including the use of cannabis is strictly forbidden in the apartment and on the balcony.

- The Tenant agrees not to sub-lease the property and is aware that any short-term rental including Airbnb is strictly forbidden.

- The monthly rent payments shall be paid on the 1st of each by electronic email transfer.

- The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with a copy of the building rules and regulations.

All appliances are included: fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The unit can also be fully furnished for an additional $200 per month. Hot water is also included in the price.
