Martin obtained his real estate brokerage license in 2009 and joined Groupe Immobilier Londono in 2011.

Over the years, he has expanded his network, and since 2015, he has focused almost exclusively on commercial real estate. Most of his transactions are brokerage mandates and private purchases of properties not listed on MLS.
